      Pros

      Great culture that start from the very top. Still does recharge days which helps towards maintaining a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Everyone is remote and there isn't a US based office space. You only get to see some of your amazing coworkers once or twice a year at best.

      Lifted the Promotions and Compensation Increases after 2 year freeze but Compensation is still below average. No 401K Matching.
