Pros

Company culture is one of the best, the team values you as a professional and supports your personal growth Work-life balance is important and one of the few companies that respects it and differentiates between work-time and personal time. Strong Leadership - Nick Mehta and others in the leadership team do everything they can to recognize their employees and create events/moments that will change your life.

Cons

Lack of diversity in some teams/divisions. In the last couple of years, they have improved by doing their best with resource groups like BIPOC, and LGBTQIA, But they still have a long way to go. They have a long Interview process that can harm the candidate's experience and potentially cause the company to lose good employees.
