      Pros

      I have yet to come across one teammate that I didn’t like! Everyone is super welcoming and supportive. I’ve never worked at a company where pretty much every teammate is ready to jump in and lend a hand.

      Cons

      I’d love to see more women, specifically melanated women in leadership.

      Pros

      I have never worked at a place that upholds their company values as well as Gainsight. Their Human First initiatives and Child-like Joy mentality shines in everything they do. Leadership team is always open to hearing from those at every level in the business and they strive to make work a place where we can all be vulnerable and grow together. I never feel like I need to pretend to be someone I'm not at Gainsight and feel comfortable expressing myself.

      Cons

      Like all companies, Gainsight suffers from it's own growing pains. As they shift focus towards small-to-mid market opportunities, they face many hurdles. However, I have found that they overcome them quickly and always have a plan to adapt.
