      I can go on endlessly about all the amazing little and big things Gainsight does to support their employees and all the reasons why Gainsight is the best place to work. But the main reason why this is the best place to work is because they simply treat employees like human beings (not like tools or robots). I never realized how important this "People First" value is until I saw the impact it has had on my professional and personal life. I am excited to get to work each day and at the end of the work day I feel energized rather than drained. I am grateful to have the opportunity to be surrounded by people who support you to succeed in all aspects of your life. Thank you, Gainsight!!!
