      -The role offered a steep learning curve for those interested in Analysis and operations - Supportive colleagues- Good sense of camaraderie in the team -Senior Management is approachable and offers clear direction. they are open to feedback and show appreciation for hard work. - Flexible working hours and Hybrid work policy in India office - Good tools and software apps which help in performing job effectively. Overall very enriching experience and exposure with both personal and professional growth.

      -Some projects can involve high degree of oversight and micro-mamagement which is not necessary - while its flexible working hours , its also fast paced environment which means workload get get very intense , requiring many extra hours. - No leave encashment policy
