Wide spread racism and big lies

Pros

They have a building and pay salary

Cons

That's the company's culture - racism! Leadership know's it, we know it, and they're proud of it. The managers are shockingly incompetent but they think they're Einstein's and you have to treat them accordingly! The management did manage to scam the investors and telling lies about how good their pipeline. But when the clinical trials failed one after the other their stock price crashed 80%. In the meantime the research managers left the company - as well as the CEO Onno, and the CSO Piet - just like how rats escape a sinking ship. Good luck to Paul to save it!
