friendly environment, nice employees, above average benefits, motivation to grow, happy to be working there

Cons

The company is at the edge of evolving from a biotech company to a global pharma company which requires lots of hiring, changing roles, new processes. This is exciting and also challenging at the same time. Not always very smooth , which is very understandable.
