Pros

I found that they cooperate with you if you want to increase your technical skills. The pay package is on the better side.

Cons

Outings etc, are very few If you do not have very high technical skills you may not rise or progress here.

They havbe a nnowledgeable technical team

Cons

They will overwork you, make promises to provide support and never actually do it. Management can go to any extent not to deliver on their promises to the employees on money matters. Very opaque environment, internally as well as with the clients.
