Pros

Some decent products. That’s it.

Cons

Toxic empathy culture. Do not have the resources or brand recognition like other pharma companies. Below industry standard pay. Below industry standard commissions . Unrealistic quotas. Nemluvio launch has been a nightmare. High turnover. Only take this job if you need it, do not leave a stable job for this role.

Pros

I have none to share here

Cons

I was offered a role and told less than a week before my start date that I’d need to travel to their HQ in Dallas — something that was never mentioned during the interview process. When a parent fell seriously ill, I asked to delay my start by just a few days to handle family matters, but they couldn’t offer that small courtesy. This, after I went through four+ rounds of interviews and nearly two months of waiting for an offer. It became clear they lack empathy and foster a rigid, unsupportive environment. Honestly, I dodged a bullet and they lost a really good employee. They also encourage you to write a good review on Glassdoor upon offer which is shady just to boost their reviews. Wait to write a review when you actually start and get a feel for the actual company.

Pros

Interesting industry with great products that are unfortunately 10 years old.

Cons

The company doesn't verify educational backgrounds, allowing individuals without proper qualifications to lead teams. Even scientific team leaders don't have basic education. Products are failing, launches are delayed, and sales team are pressured to sell. No work life balance..
