Honestly, I dodged a bullet and they lost a really good employee. They also encourage you to write a good review on Glassdoor upon offer which is shady just to boost their reviews. Wait to write a review when you actually start and get a feel for the actual company.

The company doesn't verify educational backgrounds, allowing individuals without proper qualifications to lead teams. Even scientific team leaders don't have basic education. Products are failing, launches are delayed, and sales team are pressured to sell. No work life balance..
