Toxic Culture. High Staff Turn Over. Overworked & Underpaid.
Pros
*Free Dysport once every 6 months
Cons
I had concerns about working with Galderma as I had heard many negative things about the company....however, I was assured that the culture has changed because there is new management.....How wrong that advice was. The culture is still incredibly toxic. Management are under intense pressure from JPAC region to get huge results, which then gets put on all the staff. The work load is impossible to complete in a day, leaving you needing to work late into the night every night or on weekends if you don't want to get behind in the excessive amount of reporting and admin required. I was told the commission structure was significantly higher than what it actually is. Once I started in the role I was quick to discover the commissions are rarely paid out and the number is around $40,000 less per year than what I was promised during interviews. Management love to micro manage. A lot of the clients are also incredibly entitled, and throw the rattle out of the pram in an instance if you don't do as they demand. Overall, it is by far the worst job and work environment I've been a part of....be wary accepting a role here.
