      Pros

      Good products and the occasional nice person. Due to the high churn there are opportunities to take an entrepreneurial view and jump into tasks that wouldn’t normally be in your job remit.

      Cons

      The turnover rate of employees is woeful. This means constantly filling gaps and being over worked. People are in fight or flight mode as their well-being is so affected. Lack of strategic direction or clarity. Very much focused on money not people.

For a self starter, the areas that could be considered shortfalls at Galderma actually present significant opportunity for you. Galderma is under-developed in process, meaning it allows freedom for you to operate in your own style within a wide framework. You are encourage to explore opportunities, make sustainable change and have a real & noticeable impact. Galderma management not only recognise this but lean into it and offer a very supportive environment. If you are looking for a place that is highly process driven and your role is to execute that process, then Galderma is not the place for you. Success at Galderma is owning and making your role what you want it to be.
