Smooth and Professional Interview & Onboarding Process

I just started with Galderma in sales, and the interview and onboarding process was very smooth and professional. My HR contact was so helpful and communicative; she answered all of my questions before I even had them.

Cons

The interview process itself can take some, but that is expected with a high-level role like this. They have to do their due diligence, as does the candidate.

I just accepted a role in McAllen Texas as the Aesthetic Business Manager. This whole interview process has been unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before, and it’s only deepened my enthusiasm for this role. Every person I’ve had the opportunity to meet has been incredibly supportive and welcoming, the culture at this company is remarkable and one that anyone would be lucky to join!
