Pros

One of the things I appreciate most about working at Galderma is the supportive work environment. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued by my colleagues and managers. There's a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration that makes tackling challenges feel more manageable.Galderma's culture revolves around innovation and pushing boundaries in dermatology. It's inspiring to be part of a company that is dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions to address various skin concerns. This commitment to innovation creates an exciting and dynamic work environment.

Cons

At times the workload can be quite intense, especially during peak periods or when deadlines are approaching. While this speaks to the company's dedication to delivering high-quality products, it can sometimes lead to periods of heightened stress. Improved workload management strategies could help alleviate this pressure. While Galderma recognises the importance of work-life balance, achieving it can be a challenge, particularly in certain roles where demands are high. While efforts are made to promote flexibility, there's room for improvement in terms of ensuring employees have the necessary support and resources to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. Galderma provides ample opportunities for growth and development there are plenty of avenues for advancing your career within the company. I've personally benefited from these opportunities and have seen colleagues grow professionally as well.

Pros

I've been working for Galderma for just over a year and feel recognised as an essential part of the team, locally and globally. This has been driven by the support of senior management to grow and develop their employees and deliver career opportunities. The culture is one of diversity and inclusion across the entire network which has made me feel part of the team and driven to work hard and achieve great results. We are encouraged to have a work life balance and for many that enables time with family but also for personal appointments, flexible hours and hybrid working.

Cons

The only downside for some is there is no parking but the location in North Sydney is a new office, close to buses, trains and the new metro that is coming soon! It's very accessible by public transport.
