      Brave people, ( except the failing "top" management team of course), impressive skills at operational level, satisfactory salaries and benefits

      Cons

      Directionless, senseless, future less Amateur management, which lead to ruin the company and people's careers They're firing hundreds of people, except at top management of course, nothing positive to expect

      Old school and the individuals I dealt with discriminated against women and age.

      Pros

      I worked on an exciting and promising project that sat within their Nestlé Skin Health division. I was over the moon when I was hired by the agency partner. I really thought this would be yet another innovative skincare brand I could be proud of having a hand in bringing to life, successfully. If it wasn't for this particular project, I would not have looked twice at Galderma or Nestlé Skin Health.

      Cons

      Senior management: 1. Doesn't have the right experience for the projects at hand and therefore makes a mess of things 2. Discriminated against women and age: a. If you look younger than you are, you will be ignored and quickly dismissed regardless of your background, experience and title b. If you look younger than you are and have children, they'll joke about how you must have been a teenage mum and high school drop out 3. If you have children, you won't be given the interesting projects 4. Unprofessional - nasty amongst themselves and to others
