Pros

Most of the cross functional teams are lovely to work with. Nice science backed portfolio - but not 'the only' good products out there. If you work there, be very careful who you trust - it can be like the school playground, they hire for creativity and change, but don't have the desire or environment for it. There will be zero reward & recognition to the correct teams, ad high performers for their hard work.

Cons

- Inexperienced senior management -Lack of understanding & ability to grasp UK Aesthetics market - GM & SLT focused on internal "optics" - promote bad behaviour -Unreliable Ax distributor and no urgency to change/improve it combined with arrogant & complacent SLT who don't understand constructive criticism. No big picture thinking. Unable to think of the long & short term impact. -Harmful environment to any young female leader/aspiring female leader. -Management turn a blind eye to slander and show lack of support to employees being targeted and bullied. - An Ax sales team lead by marketing? Marketing team with wrong priorities and negative culture, who are unable to work collaboratively or recognise for collaborative efforts. Unprofessional behaviour is rewarded. -Disorganised Ax team -Leadership Inability to think ahead -Inability to execute efficiently and prioritise what is right for the HCP and brand reputation - Internally focused on optics, powerpoints, and metrics as opposed to external client focus and engaging in creative conversations to enhance growth -Weak leadership - no impact, driving no excitement or progress -Inability to cope with candid conversations that allow for progress -Lack of reward & recognition for commercial sales team - who bring in the business and pay the wages -Poor SIP & target setting, completely out of alignment - Poor bonus potential -Slow and inefficient expense submission protocols -Unpaid personal expenses -Poor company car lists -Salary below market value -Incorrect bonus payments -A client segmentation structure that makes no sense - led by inexperienced SLT members -No new business sales recognition -Poor pricing structure for HCPs -Traditional operating model and need to make a move into 2024! - A team made up of individuals that are not entrepreneurial, and have no idea how to take the data and execute in a fast paced , ever changing market. They have the inability to prioritise and invest in what makes a difference. -Uninspiring place to work, uninspiring leadership. It's very hard to take the marketing, business excellence and SLT teams seriously.
