      Great people and culture, with plenty of fun in the Consumer team. Supportive manager. High growth, which results in high bonuses.

      Cons

      Depending on you area of expertise there is limited progression opportunities.

      Galderma India Worst Company to work for ... India Leadership is terrible

      Nothing at all , you will be mentally exhausted dealing with incompetent people around you

      Cons

      - India Leader is only interested in favoritism , secretary gets all extreme good ratings and hikes increment 2 times in a year , rest all employees are treated as if they are not good enough - Regional Management is not interested in wellbeing on the employees - Entire company is controlled by a megalomanic

      At this point in time, there aren’t many left...used to be a good company under previous ownership structure

      Cons

      No significant investments, it’s all about squeezing the lemon Lack of transparency in decision making process Bullies and yes men are in charge Another change of ownership more than likely within a year
