      Pros

      Big bonuses if you’re lucky enough to hit them. Great products. Growing industry.

      Cons

      Worst marketing in the industry which makes the job tough in a very competitive environment. Poor leadership among Managers and very little training. Very high quotas.

      terrible culture for blacks

      Great aesthetic products, compensation and aesthetic industry growth

      Cons

      Galderma doesn't take diversity and inclusion seriously when it comes to blacks. Out of hundreds of employees in aesthetics and less than five blacks, the corporate culture is toxic to people of color. Galderma has run out every black that worked in aesthetics. If you are a person of color, do not go to work at Galderma.

      Your review shows that you were a former employees more than four years ago and the company has had tremendous growth in that time. Galderma values ID&E across the entire organization. We currently have two employee resource groups and are planning on launching a new one next month. We will make sure to provide your feedback to the proper departments.
