- Clear strategy to become leading independent derm company in the world - Top notch new leadership most of which was hired in the past 12-18 months to support a very ambitious growth plan - Exciting and innovative pipeline across prescription, aesthetics, and consumers - Fast pace, agile, minimum bureaucracy, team empowerment - Nice mix between big pharma and start-up mentality - Completely new brand identity, new offices, etc.

Cons

- Growing and evolving very fast; like driving a very car while building it - Resources to support all the work can be missing - Not your typical 9 to 5 pharma job
