Nothing at all , you will be mentally exhausted dealing with incompetent people around you

Cons

- India Leader is only interested in favoritism , secretary gets all extreme good ratings and hikes increment 2 times in a year , rest all employees are treated as if they are not good enough - Regional Management is not interested in wellbeing on the employees - Entire company is controlled by a megalomanic

A very exciting environment that might not be for everyone but certainly a unique company to work for if you like growth, change and have that capability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty. Can be very rewarding.
