      Our benefits have declined over the years in effort to trim costs in my view. It sends a mixed message when we strong growth and strong profits but trim benefits.

While it may be lengthy, it's thorough and absolutely worth the time. - The team is supportive and collaborative, making it a great environment to work in. - Transparent communication across departments helps build trust and clarity. - There’s a strong focus on personal and professional growth, with opportunities to develop within your current role.

      Cons

      -The organizational structure is a bit complex, which can take some time to fully understand and navigate. Onboarding might feel slightly overwhelming at first due to this, but it gets better with time.
