      There has been a mass wave of Alcon employees hired into the home office over the last 3 years. The common phrase to hear is 'at Alcon we did...'. There have been many open positions where a person has been hand picked from Alcon to interview before the job is even posted. This has lead to various Alcon cliques within the company, and is affecting employee morale. Former Alcon employees are being hired at higher pay levels then long-term existing employees with the same experience.
