Pros

Great ambiance, good benefits. This is a multinational but you feel in a small company. A good budget and good investment in equipment.

Cons

Not too much place for employee who wants to evolve in the compagnie. Promotions are exceptions. Higher manager tend to categorize you and you stay in your role. they cannot open their eyes to see you elsewhere. Higher management tend to hire their friends, not sure it's a good thing. They tend to press employee as much as they can before adding more staff in the department, so you have no time to think you just execute.

Pros

$2 Billion+ company, fully owned by Nestle. Great benefits, committed to personal development, company store and wonderful people. Worldwide player in Dermatology and Skin health with the vision to lead for years to come. One word, Cetaphil, that says it all.

Cons

Heavy on the management side. more bosses than employees. raises are not up to par with the rest of the industry. In IT, there are often more working hours than not due to the lack of people to fill the seats. Must be at the top of your game to work here!
