Pros

Compensation and benefits are very good. Nestle appears to be committed to long term investment in skin health with Galderma and integration of the proactive company. Opportunities to work in 3 very different business units.

Cons

Huge growth expectations without justifiable innovation or investment. Conservative regulatory and compliance groups restricts marketing and sales capabilities. Increasingly hierarchical structure with poor corporate direction clarity from management.

Pros

Great health benefits and 401k Friendly co-workers High quality products Nestle ownership US business headed in right direction but other regions (Asia, Latin) are growing faster

Cons

Fort Worth facility is very remote and not modern. Company only seems to hire from Alcon and those people all seem to wish they were still there, they never shut up about how great it was. So why have they laid off hundreds if people? Limited career growth unless you move outside US. Company has missed its numbers last 3 yrs. High / Unrealistic growth expectations globally without the willingness to invest in the people needed to run the business. USA is on its 3rd CFO in 5 years. Financial reporting is incredibly micro managed, broken processes, lack of tools. Exhausted employees in finance and hr. Sales reps are put in to senior marketing positions. Much higher turnover indicates major problems with morale and work load.
