I've been working with Galderma for about a month now. My manager has been amazing to work with. I'm treated with kindness and respect and feel that I'm able to use my skillset in a variety of ways. Everyone I have been introduced to has been exceptionally welcoming and professional. If you look into the history of the company and the recent accomplishments, you will see that great things are happening. It creates an exciting energy that is rewarding to be a part of. The day-to-day work life is balanced and positive. Excellence and thoughtful communication are valued. They make sure employees are well taken care of with benefits. Office locations are thoughtfully chosen and are in beautiful locations. They offer a hybrid schedule which makes commuting much more manageable. Many people in the company have been working for Galderma for years. As I observe those around me, I really do think people that work here are happy to be here. I highly recommend this to serious professionals who want to be a part of something "big".
