Galderma reviews

Nestle, who owns Galderma, continues to play a larger and larger role. Their processes take up 30% of your time but don't appear to drive any real value. Meetings around these processes have the feel of employees merely "checking a box" to say they are done as to not upset Nestle. Culture is pretty brutal. In the short time I was there I didn't really meet anyone that actually liked being there.

Company is a disaster. Quotas are so high very few can even hit 100%. No money to be made here anymore. Extremely stressful. No work life balance. Being run like a dictatorship with scare tactics only to clean house and hire less qualified, cheaper reps. Glory days are long gone. If you don’t need to make money, this is the place for you.
