Great Operation team to work with in the DFW market. Team culture is valued on-site and hybrid schedule for 2026.

Cons

Lack of clear direction from Management on what to present in business review meetings. The company is growing and going through right-sizing Roles & Responsibilities pains. If you are happy with the initial role offered and do not expect to be promoted within, this is a great company.
