While it may be lengthy, it's thorough and absolutely worth the time. - The team is supportive and collaborative, making it a great environment to work in. - Transparent communication across departments helps build trust and clarity. - There’s a strong focus on personal and professional growth, with opportunities to develop within your current role.

      -The organizational structure is a bit complex, which can take some time to fully understand and navigate. Onboarding might feel slightly overwhelming at first due to this, but it gets better with time.

      Great view, new office, easy to commute & some good workmates.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional Management, that leaves you unsupported when the pressure is on. Too many reactive calls and contradictions providing an insecure and uncomfortable work environment. Not Flexible!
