Too lean structure, too many executives and too few manager and operative employees. Very toxic and stressful environment with unfair behaviour and unfair salary policy deployment.

This is one of the most toxic, stressful and bullying work environments I’ve ever experienced. There have been over 5 different general managers in less than 2 years and everyone else is afraid of losing their job and most are currently looking for new jobs. Dozens of people have left without anything else lined up because of how awful this company is to work for. Everyone is clicky or weird and loves to hear themselves talk without actually saying much of anything helpful. Speaking of helpful, you’re on your own from the day you start and can only hope you have someone to cry to if you decide to work for Galderma on the Cetaphil team. Run for the hills if you’re thinking about working here.
