      I had a great experience working at Galderma. The products are strong, the benefits are solid, and the company truly puts people first. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and focused on growth, which made a big difference day to day.

      Cons

      It’s definitely a demanding job and the pace can be fast, but if you’re looking to build a career in medical aesthetics, Galderma is one of the top companies to work for. You’ll be challenged, but you’ll also learn a lot and work with great people along the way.
