Throughout the entire interview process, I felt continuously supported and genuinely listened to. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful and transparent, and the positive culture within the organization was evident from the start. I’ve shared my experience with so many people and honestly never imagined an interview and hiring process could go this smoothly. From my very first conversation, it was clear that they genuinely want to see people succeed.
Cons
I have no cons to mention; everything was handled promptly and efficiently. If there were any changes, I was always given ample notice. The communication was exceptional, and I was consistently checked in on to ensure all my questions were addressed and that I was up to date.
