      Great group of fun but hardworking people, great clients, interesting projects, opportunity for professional development and growth, and plenty of fun company events

      Cons

      It's consulting, so the work can be fast paced at times but is well balanced with a work hard play hard atmosphere.

      Overall Gale is a great place to work - Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming from day one, the projects taken on are diverse in size and type, and it is clear management cares about your career and your happiness. Gale encourages employees to get involved in industry groups that help them stay current in the field, but also goes to great lengths to provide a good work-life balance including coordinating monthly events for coworkers to socialize and bond.

      Cons

      The office is based in Weymouth, which can lead to a lengthy commute for those who aren't living on the south shore.
