      -Great group of people -Benefit of a small firm makes you feel like a part of a team and not just a number -Benefits are great: -Flexible with hours -Good amount of vacation time -Dogs are allowed in the offices -Insurance is great

      Pros

      Gale is a place that encourages growth through the ranks, which is pretty special. Several financial benefits, such as 53rd week pay, monthly utilization incentives, and profit sharing. The student loan payback assistance program is amazing. Work is of the highest excellence in quality and interest.

      Cons

      I am in my fifth year at Gale and love it.

      Pros

      They ask for a lot and acknowledge the efforts given. I'm in my 60's and have worked as an architect in many offices. Gale is the GOLD STANDARD of what a work environment should be - expect a lot, give recognition, high standard of work ethic, technically savvy, friendly professional environment, balanced and incredibly approachable upper management... (and the list goes on...).
