Galil Software has a very unique working environment, it feels like family to work with any team in this company, all are supportive and pushing forward. The advantage of having various projects of different companies is the experience the engineer wins during his work in different projects and teams on different products which are of the most important in the Hi-tech industry in Israel and the world. An advise for juniors, its really the best place to start your carrier.
Cons
The Salary in Galil Software is not the best, it is very low in comparison to the hi-tech industry in Israel. But it really worth it to get lower salary but to have a place which gives you a supportive, encouraging start of your carrier.
