- The best company to start in as a junior - Supporting environment (People help each other) - Great management, the CEO and the VPs have round tables and 1x1s with the employees. The HR department is very strong. - Since Galil is an outsourcing company and there are many companies that cooperate with Galil, the employees are exposed to more technologies and ideas. - Job security: Galil gives their ex employees the highest priority when new opportunities come. Since Galil has a lot of customers, it can move employees from one project to an another smoothly. - Great place for fast promotions. - Nice building in Nazareth - Working in a hybrid mode (2 Days from the office)
Cons
- The compensation FOR BEGINNERS is not competitive enough (it's getting better with the time) - There are no RSUs
