Pros

Good curriculum and HR support as far as summer camps go. Many of the camp directors are great to work under.

Cons

They are not transparent about hours. Once you’ve been there a couple years, you can get 40 hours every week, but new employees (especially high school and college students) sometimes won’t get out on the schedule at all. HQ got rid of sick leave rollover which sucks. There are very few breaks during the day.
