Pros

Great support structure from the top of the organization down. Fulfilling experience working with campers and educating them. Fun community in and out of work. Paid training before starting and active review policies during your time there.

Cons

Not really a con but if you don't enjoy working with children, this is not the job for you.

Pros

Galileo embodies wonderful opportunities to grow, to be creative, to continue to learn and impact children's lives

Cons

Summer camp is intense because there is such a short time involved but it is so much fun it's worth it!

Pros

The culture of Galileo Learning is almost second to none. Working here provides a great opportunity for those who are passionate about providing quality educational programs while being fun and whacky all at the same time. Galileo is a great place to form lasting relationships.

Cons

Through my experiences during my summers at Galileo I would say that there are not too many cons to consider.
