Pros

Had a great time working at Galileo Summer Quest. Staff was super friendly and had a family vibe. Camp director gave you constructive criticism with opportunity to grow!

Cons

Wish pay was better, but can't expect too much from a summer camp.

Pros

Took educational value seriously, employees were challenged yet supported throughout employment, management was superb and multi-tiered, communication between HR, Home Office, and local management was great

Cons

Can be a little overwhelming, some employees were not qualified, did not always accommodate issues that were sufficiently important

Pros

- Very fun work environment - A lot of flexibility allowed when teaching your kids - Very approachable management (they also visit every campsite multiple times throughout the summer)

Cons

- You won't survive if you aren't patient and outgoing - A lot of prep work is required for some projects, which means you might need to be on site overtime with no pay - Not a place for people who aren't willing to make a fool of themselves for their kids
