Paid Vacation, higher base salary than competitors

Cons

Commitment to Offshoring service to India, No work life balance. Abundant Nepotism, poor IT. Seismic. Small chance of promotion above low level management. Excellent ideals and values at the top that do not get to branch level.

Pros

Good benefits with a corresponding wellness incentive. HDHPs and a PPO with HCA option. ESPP program. Several training and mentorship opportunities. Coaching academies for leaders. Strong leadership at holding company, divisional and regional levels. Opportunities to accelerate and grow. Several tenured employees and employees who have been promoted are evidence that our culture provides tremendous opportunity for advancement. This among many reasons, is why Gallagher employees voted this company as a Best Place to Work on the Forbes list!

Cons

The company has its challenges as it grows, but leadership is open and transparent. It is troubling to read some of the negative reviews on this site, several of which contain information that is simply not true! Disgruntled employees should escalate concerns within, because there is an open, transparent, and ethical culture which will listen.
