US company trying to have a European outlook - higher aspirations for 'difference' than it achieves in UK market

Pros

Heart's in the right place. Would probably be a great place to work if I lived and worked in America.

Cons

Still a collection of disparate (acquired) businesses, meaning your experience is almost personal to your manager/team. Seem to assume a high turnover of staff is inevitable rather than valuing experience or managing to 'listen'.
