Pros

New challenging updates each day and job does not become boring. Very spacious environment. Easy Interview procedure - Aptitude round is the only thing to be cleared, rest process would be quite easy.

Cons

People who do not have knowledge about the process are so called as Team Leads. No value for hardworking employees. Employee retention is the major down-sight of the company.

good work environment team members are good and friendly as well and lastly i would like to say that gallagher is good for freshers so i suggest fresher candidates to go for interview in gallagher.

Cons

the down side is if we want to speak something with client, directly we cant. Apart from that working with gallagher was a good experience
