It sounds too good to be true, but the community of employees this location has brought together is nothing short of amazing! The Riverlands branch at Gallagher promotes a true team environment and makes working something I want to do instead of something I have to do. Management is supportive and compassionate, always there when I need them, and understand each role, including the tasks and challenges involved.

- Delay in credit of Performance Bonus by 2 months in 2026 - Appraisal delayed by 4 months in 2026 - Extra payout delayed by 2 months - Avg increments ranges from 1-2% - toxic work culture and it feels like working for English people like pre 1947 era no leader has spine to challenge any decisions taken abroad - Restrooms and Pantry stinks like hell and one can easily notice cockroach infestation there - Not a great place to work as they claim to be All that management cares about to make more and more acquisitions by diverting bonus/salary/increments of employees for M&A
