Pros
The company makes a real attempt to create an inclusive atmosphere within its offices. There is a well thought out and good benefits system in place. The company wants to expand and will give employees the opportunity to assist with this.
Cons
Severe lack of communication from upper levels of management. Lack of wanting to embrace new ideas and technical advantage especially regarding marketing campaigns, website use and new business ideas. Difficult to contact the relevant person within the company as lack of joined up email and phone links. Very poor at integrating newly bought companies.
