I love the people I work with. Hourly employees only work 35 hour work week and still get the benefits of working 40 hours.

Cons

Branch manager has no clue what she is doing. No raises. understaffed.

Not a lot of positives that I saw from my tenure at AJG.

Cons

High stress. Understaffed. Favoritism to certain team members. NO TEAM structure. Managers are required to work as engineers and can not manage the teams way they should. The team that I was a part of was one of the most dysfunctional teams that I've had the displeasure to work with in the 20 years I've been in IT. Work from home non existent for Operations folks...

The program was well organized. Senior brokers are more than happy to spend time with you and show you the ropes.

Cons

If you didn't feel comfortable confronting the senior brokers, then you were left without things to do. Have to be proactive.
