My team lead for the assistants had a favorite who worked there and was my mentor and when he left I was mistreated. I was let go first when Covid came and was told not to tell anyone including my supervisor who was not in the call. She was not notified. I reapplied and had an interview for the position then was told I was not qualified when I worked that position for over a year. Worked 12 hrs days for that time and was given a raise or any career advancement opportunities. Pay was poor. Not even a whole 14 an hr.

Pay inconsistent and below average. Managers should not speak to employees about other employees, but in Midvale that happened frequently. Favoritism is obvious and toxic. It’s a job. Be professional and expect the same great standards from everyone. Training lacking, but they’re trying to improve this.
