Pros
The team I worked with were wonderful, kind, thoughtful, hardworking and eager to make a difference. I honestly really enjoyed working with them everyday.
Cons
Management and leadership. They say employees don't leave a company, they leave the manager. Never a truer word spoken. Since not working there for a while I've come to realise that it was quite a toxic workplace. Which is odd for the role I had. Having spent a lot of time talking with customer facing employees it seems it's really luck of the draw. Some managers are great, and others are horrific.
