Pros

The interview process was quick and easy. I was always paid on time.

Cons

The workload is ridiculous, you will complain and complain and nothing is done. The turnover is really high for employees and supervisors. You are treated like a number, but in the interview, they will say "it's a family culture". The training is only on their 3 systems, there is no training on how to really do your job to succeed. You will have several managers and it's so hard to keep up with everything.

Pros

Salary Decent PTO bank & paid holidays

Cons

Most everyone worked at least 10-12 hour days and over the weekend just to get the bare minimum done. Unreasonable audit expectations; your caseload might only be 150 claims but the audit criteria makes it take you 2-4+ hours to work up a claim. If you get 2-3 new claims per day, you can see how that would be problematic. Management at this branch is the most unprofessional I've ever met in my career. Never any positive reinforcement but the minute you're behind on your work or you're not getting a 90% or above on your audits, you - and your other co-workers in the same boat - get an email telling you this is unacceptable and to get caught up. So unprofessional and condescending. Very hostile work environment. Asked HR for an exit interview but never got one. They know what's going on and they don't care.

Pros

From my experience, leadership is flexible with work location (wfh/hybrid), nice pto/sick leave policy, and generally there is a good work/life balance

Cons

Gallagher does not give raises. From my experience, they bait you with a nice salary, but in my 5 years working here, the average raise has been 0-<2% (even in years the company has performed well). The only way I got a raise was by getting another job offer, despite "exceeding expectations" on performance reviews and taking on additional responsibilities. Gallagher has very high turnover due to this. There have been lots of company reorganizations as well. Gallagher's benefits are also extremely expensive, especially if you make over $100K.
