low pay + lack of annual raise/adjustment. Like many who have stated this: it's real that some dept do not get annual adjustment for multiple years.

Gallagher does not give raises. From my experience, they bait you with a nice salary, but in my 5 years working here, the average raise has been 0-<2% (even in years the company has performed well). The only way I got a raise was by getting another job offer, despite "exceeding expectations" on performance reviews and taking on additional responsibilities. Gallagher has very high turnover due to this. There have been lots of company reorganizations as well. Gallagher's benefits are also extremely expensive, especially if you make over $100K.
