Flexible schedule, ability to earn a bonus, decent benefits and casual dress attire.

Cons

Computer system is outdated. Staff cares more about what's going on in co-workers lives than on the actual work product. Staff if highly competitive with eachother and can be very cut throat about it. Dresscode is casual but typically consists of True Religion, Gucci or whatever high end retail is in style that week or else your not an "it girl." Unless you are "favored" by management there are no raises, no communication and you are treated poorly. Unless you are "friends" with management there is no way to advance.

It's a job. A place for a new graduate to get some experience so they can get a good job. A good place to learn how NOT to do something

Cons

Middle management has admitted that GB chronically under spends on IT budget, but then expect to lead the industry. No promotions No pay raises No training No future. CIO _expects_ everyone to be positive abort their work, yet fails to give general staff salary increase.

Work from home (but you pay for all your own equipment and supplies - phone, internet, printer ink, paper, etc.)

Cons

Benefits are terribly expensive. 401k match is embarrassing. Company focuses on making money and doesn’t spend it on employee benefits. No perks that one would expect from an organization of this size. Opportunities for advancement seem to go to people “in the club” versus people who actually do their jobs well.
