There are times during the year that the job is less demanding.

Cons

Management plays favorites with team members, raises are NOT given annually, and they play dumb when you ask about salary increases. Titles and promotions are only given to favorites, despite exceeding expectations year after year. You will remain stagnant working here. You will be overworked and then punished for being burnt out.

Supervisor was trying to be fair. However her Manager was not accepting reasonable steps to help staff with issues that involve timing with assisting client being 5 minutes on a call as a required metric. Always feel that you are rushing them off the call rather than fully assisting the Insurance Group we assisted.

Cons

Working in an environment that expects calls to be answered with 5 minutes elping/assisting Insurance Sales/Group in five minutes is not practical and not very helpful to this group requesting assistance. The metric of 5 minutes should be discussed to be more appropriate for the requirement of the job. Not everyone is able to do this. Also, please state this in the interview as a requirement. Example: Assisting with credit card info. with person who had to select a credit card that works. (Resolve in 5 minutes?)
