One thing I like more about Gallop Solutions is they give emphasis on teamwork while still encouraging individual achievement and creativity. Organization’s major focus is on innovation in QA arena. Management fosters an atmosphere of open communication. Supervisors provide frequent, constructive and direct feedback to the employees to improve.
